Visually, the site projects a solid professional image with clean design and a contemporary color palette. The content focuses on providing clear, useful information on the firm’s areas of practice and expertise, allowing prospective clients to make informed decisions.

NorthCourse is an international advisory firm that specializes in helping developers realize the full potential of projects in the leisure real estate sector. The firm needed a new, more user-friendly and visually exciting website. We used warm, resort-style images to create a welcoming feel as well as to identify NorthCourse with the leisure sector. Intuitive navigation with color coding ensures that visitors can easily maneuver through each section of the site. We also created an easy-to-use CMS to replace an existing CMS that was difficult and costly, saving the firm money in the long term.

For tenant representatives Byrnam Wood, we created a web presence that projects a highly professional image, provides an overview of the firm, and succinctly communicates what they do. The use of large background imagery serves to underscore the firm’s specialization in commercial real estate negotiations. We also created a CMS, which allows the client to update bios, awards and case studies.

Institutional broker-dealer AVM, L.P. and its affiliate AVM Solutions hired Darling Design to redesign its website to more appropriately convey the firm’s expertise and professionalism, as well as attract candidates for employment. The AVM web portal consists of three separate yet interrelated websites featuring detailed information about the firm, a password-protected area where clients can access reports, and a robust Careers section.

Extell Development Company, one of New York City’s largest real estate developers, wanted an extremely simple website that would showcase its properties in a straightforward manner. Each available property has its own page with a compelling introduction and an easily identifiable link to the individual website. Hudson Yards, a major development, is highlighted with its own section.
